Joel Grove

Joel joined Renu-L-Tech Environmental in 2018, when the company was purchased by Grove Contract Operating. Joel obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations in 2004 and became a Certified Pesticide Applicator in 2018. Joel has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Joel resides in Strathmore with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, Joel can be found around Albertan and Northern Saskatchewan waters working on his angling skills. He is an avid ping-pong player and spends the majority of his time surrounded by family. Joel takes great pride and joy in watching his girls grow and develop their skills in hockey, ringette, and soccer.

Michael Stone

Michael’s interest was first piqued in Vegetation management as a summer student in 2011. In 2016, he graduated from King’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies.
Michael joined Renu-L-Tech Environmental in 2017. Michael is a Certified Industrial Applicator and is also a Certified Train the Trainer, allowing Michael to teach and certify people as Authorized Assistants. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience, Michael now holds the office of Operations Manager.
When there is a break in the busy summer, you can find Michael fly fishing and spending time with family in Alberta’s west country. When the vegetation and has been managed and the snow starts to fly, Michael likes to spend his time fly tying.

Jessica Grove

Jessica joined Renu-L-Tech Environmental in 2019. She obtained her Pesticide Applicators Certificate in February 2021. Although she is relatively new to the vegetation management industry, Jessica brings with her 15+ years of experience in customer service and administration.
At Renu-L-Tech, Jessica’s roles include organizing employee training and credentials, comprising spray lists, billing, and customer relations. Jessica has a desire to learn and understand the industry along with an enthusiastic willingness to help wherever she can.
Outside of the office, Jessica can be found surrounded by friends, family, and music. Most of her days are spend with her husband and three daughters. In the spring, she can be seen at soccer fields watching her girls play or walking in the country on what her girls call “an adventure”. In the winter, she is easy to find in the local arenas. She is the one cheering loudest and ringing the cowbell at her daughters’ hockey and ringette games.
